Personalized training : developed and tailored based on the individual’s physical condition and functional abilities, aimed at improving health and well-being (balance, flexibility, agility, strength, endurance, aerobic and cardiovascular capacity).

 

Training targeting body composition improvement : weight loss, muscle gain.

 

Functional training : focused on functional movements to enhance quality of life.

 

Training for the elderly : focused on improving quality of life and maintaining independence.

 

Training for health : assists individuals with specific health issues such as metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes) or neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., Parkinson’s disease).

 

Training for athletes : focuses on enhancing sports performance in specific sports (basketball, soccer, golf, tennis, hockey, etc.).

Approach

  • Anamnesis and physical screening.
  • Definition of goals, taking into account needs and health conditions.
  • Training programming with gradual progressions.
  • Safe and targeted training, with particular emphasis on exercise execution.
  • Motivation and support to ensure perfect adherence to the program.
  • Monitoring and intermediate evaluations.
  • Education and advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and integrating training into daily life.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Sciences and Motor Control from e-Campus University (Italy).
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Human Movement and Sports Sciences (2 years) from the University of Lausanne (UNIL, Switzerland).
  • 2019-2023 I worked in golf-specific physical preparation and beyond at Golf-fit Performance Center (Vaud).
  • Since 2023, I am the Head of Athletics for the youth sector of the Ambrì-Piotta Hockey Club.
  • Passionate about sports and everything related to well-being and health.
  • Played competitive golf for over 10 years.
